Generally when we buy your property we take a mortgage on the property. The mortgage company impose a limit on the length of tenancy we canprovide you with. The maximum tenancy is therefore 12 months. As a company we are happy to renew your tenancy so long as the rent is paid and the property is looked after.
Q How long have you been trading?

We have been trading 3 years and have bought lots of properties from people who have rented back. Trading figures/bank statements can be provided on request.
Q. Can you provide references from people you have bought houses from.

Yes, we can give you a list of numbers of people you can speak to!
Q. How can you guarantee a sale within four weeks? We have an excellent relationship with our mortgage provider.

We use the same mortgage company on all transactions which ensures we get a speedy service. Equally, we always use the same solicitors. All of the people we use, we have been using for a number of years.
